A look back – and forward

Unbelievable, but true – 2012 is almost over. Was this year really shorter than usual or is it only because we at Kaleidoscope have been extremely active?

Solution for Translator Queries

Among the many things we achieved in 2012, we are particularly proud of our new smartQuery! With smartQuery, we have launched not only a new solution, but an entirely new software category. smartQuery enables you to manage translator queries, unlock their potential for better quality and use it for input into the terminology workflow. We would like to thank all of you for your valuable ideas and suggestions.

Thanks for Your Ideas in 2012…

In 2012, we also saw more and more customers switching to SDL World Server. Therefore, World Server was also a major highlight of our successful roadshow. In Graz, Wels, Bregenz and Vienna we presented you the latest developments in the fields of translation, terminology, and documentation. The feedback from participants was so convincing that we will organize a roadshow again next year.

At the end of this year, we have expanded our team: Bence Toth will actively support us with his knowledge as a certified translator and his experience in customer service as Technical Sales & Product Manager.

His ideas will find their way into the new generation of smartQuery and globalReview planned for next year. If you have any ideas or suggestions for our software solutions, we really appreciate a short e-mail or quick phone call! After all, your feedback is essential for the success of our software.
